"You will know them by their fruits." (Matt. 7:16)One
of the great tragedies of our time is that both Christians and
non-Christians live practically the same type of lives. Christians no
longer stand “separated” from the rest of society and it is often
difficult to tell them apart from each other simply by their actions
(fruits of the Spirit) because non-believers can be very moral and kind
as well. The reason for this disparency is that most Christians fail to
adhere to the true teachings, tenets, and Commandments set down by God.
We would prefer to “pick and choose” what to believe and practice rather
than what has been handed down through the centuries. We want the
“prestige” of being a Christian, without the complications or efforts of
adherence to the Truth.
